The production of metal cans with associated printing has challenging chemical agents associated with it. These include the acids used in the production of the metal cans and the alkali utilized for cleaning and spray coating. Potentially harmful pollutants are introduced in complex processes with large fluctuations in water quality that is used to apply a great variety of difficult-to-handle organic coating materials. Fortunately, Winner has many years of experience in the monitoring, control and governance of industrial waste water, and is currently providing water treatment services for five large current projects (2018). The Winner systems are therefore standardized, mature, and stable, providing a strong guarantee of reliable service.
The specific problems associated with this industry require various high-tech solutions, including efficient treatment of fluorine-contaminated cleaning wastewater, oxidation of surfactant wastewater, chemical treatment of coating wastewater (along with collection and processing of VOCs), and biochemical treatment of organic wastewater. These treatments are supplemented by methods to reduce sludge and re-use water.
