Heterogeneous Catalytic Oxidation ( Heterogeneous Catalytic Oxidation Technology, HGCOT )
1) Principle of HGCOT Technology
HGCOT is an Advanced Oxidation Technology ( AOPs ) based on the principle of gas-liquid-solid three-phase interface. It uses solid-state materials such as recyclable nanomaterials, iron-carbon fillers, etc. as catalysts to use micro-electrolytic oxidation-reduction reactions to destroy organic pollution. The molecular chain of the product, combined with the chain reaction between Fe2+ and H2O2 generates the high-energy hydroxyl radical OH· (oxidation potential 2.8V), supplemented by a fluidized-bed reactor, which enhances the catalyst, free radicals and organic pollution. Transfer reactions between substances can decompose the mineralization of organic matter into carbon dioxide and water.
